GENTLE

This is a gentle, beginner yoga class. We practice simple poses that build strength and relieve tension in the body. There is also a focus on breathing throughout the class. Flexibility is NOT a prerequisite and we will NOT be doing any crazy contortionist poses or headstands! When you leave the room, you can expect to feel relaxed and refreshed.  GENTLE is suitable for complete beginners, as well as anyone looking for a more therapeutic style of yoga class. Men, women, teens, retirees – everyone is welcome! In addition, our GENTLE yoga class may help with:

*If you have tender knees, please bring a towel or blanket for extra padding.
We provide yoga mats and props. There are also toilets and changing facilities.

Yoga Classes in Killarney

FLOW

FLOW is a yoga class for beginners who want to move a little faster and build strength, along with flexibility.  We practice standing postures, balancing postures, core strengthening movements and floor work to strengthen and mobilize the spine, shoulders, hips, ankles, wrists, and even the toes! There is also time devoted to breath awareness throughout the class.  Not surprisingly, FLOW moves more quickly than the GENTLE class. We explore more difficult postures and challenge our strength, while at the same time, improving full-body mobility! Like all of our classes, flexibility is NOT a prerequisite and we do NOT practice crazy contortionist poses or headstands. Men, women, teens, retirees – everyone is welcome!
