This class is for complete beginners and anyone who appreciates a slow, mindful class. If you feel tired, stiff, or stressed, this is a good place to start. Our goal is to cultivate ease in the body and breath, in order to calm the mind. The class includes:

The Flow class is for beginners who want to be challenged by fluid transitions and movements through a series of poses and anyone who wishes to improve their balance, mobility and strength. Our goal is to cultivate ease in the body and breath, in order to calm the mind. The class includes:

Introduction to Yoga
Introduction to Yoga is a 6-week beginner course. Each course will be limited to ten students to ensure everyone receives ample instruction. The course will cover basic yoga postures, step-by-step, at a gentle pace. Mats are provided. Each student will be given a picture worksheet to take home which details all postures.
