Gentle Beginner Yoga
This class is a gentle introduction to yoga. Therefore, we cover simple poses and stretches that build strength and relieve tension in the body. We also focus on the breath throughout the class. When class is finished, you can expect to leave the room feeling relaxed and refreshed. Gentle Yoga is suitable for complete beginners, as well as anyone looking for a more therapeutic style of yoga class. In addition, our Gentle Yoga class may help relieve:

*If you have tender knees, please bring a towel or blanket for extra padding.
We provide yoga mats and props. There are also toilets and changing facilities.

Beginner Power Yoga
Beginner Power Yoga is great for either beginners who want a challenge or for anyone who has practiced Vinyasa or Power yoga before. We practice standing postures, balancing poses, back bending poses, core strengthening movements, as well as breath awareness exercises. Not surprisingly, Power Yoga moves more quickly than Gentle Yoga. We explore more difficult postures and challenge our strength, while at the same time, improving our flexibility!
